Saturday 9:30 - 10:15 am & Tuesday 6:30 - 7:15 pm

Come try the new Yoga Sculpt class with Amanda at the Student Life Center on Baylor University's campus! This dynamic class blends the mindful movements of yoga with the body-sculpting benefits of Pilates, calisthenics, and resistance training. Improve your strength, endurance, balance, and coordination while upbeat music keeps you moving!

 

A great opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to start or continue their fitness practice in a relaxed gym environment. No experience necessary, props and mats provided, and all fitness levels welcome. To access the Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, Cardio, and F45 classes at the SLC, sign up for a FITPASS for the semester!

YOGA FLOW IN WACO

Sunday 4:30 - 5:15 pm

Practice with Amanda in a Yoga Flow class at the Student Life Center on Baylor University's campus! This flow practice transitions seamlessly from one pose to the next with intentional movements to improve focus, breath control, and flexibility. Each uniquely sequenced class follows a general arc: centering, strengthening and endurance, and a restful closing.

A great opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to start or continue their fitness practice in a relaxed gym environment.
