  • Private yoga sessions are in-home and structured around your schedule and goals.

  • Classes are typically 60–90 minutes and can be scheduled in any frequency, although weekly or bi-weekly classes are recommended for best results.

  • Small group sessions are welcome – perfect for friends, family, or coworkers.

  • Sanitized props may be provided; Amanda can also recommend props for building a home practice.

  • Every class is customized to your needs, whether individual or group.

  • All sessions are taught by Amanda, an experienced yoga teacher with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience

  • Flat rate of $100 per hour; discounted packages available.

  • All payments are collected prior to services.
